Reservations Agent

Required Qualifications / Skills:

• Previous experience in a similar position at 5-star boutique hotels, either in Greece or abroad.
• Excellent command of the English language and at least one additional foreign language.
• Professional appearance.
• Teamwork, adaptability, and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and a genuine passion for service and learning.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Dedication to providing high-standard hospitality services.
• Proficiency in computer applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and advanced knowledge of the hotel management software Protel.
• Graduate of a tourism management school.
