Reservations Agent
Required Qualifications / Skills:
- Previous experience in a similar position at 5-star boutique hotels, either in Greece or abroad.
- Excellent command of the English language and at least one additional foreign language.
- Professional appearance.
- Teamwork, adaptability, and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and a genuine passion for service and learning.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Dedication to providing high-standard hospitality services.
- Proficiency in computer applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and advanced knowledge of the hotel management software Protel.
- Graduate of a tourism management school.
