We are seeking a dynamic Storage Process Coordinator to oversee Trafigura Group's oil terminals and dry warehouses globally. This role will monitor the company's worldwide storage position, ensure all facilities undergo thorough internal approval processes, and verify compliance with Trafigura's operational standards.
This role will identify potential risks related to storage and develop contingency plans to mitigate these risks.
The successful candidate will prepare and present regular reports to management on storage exposure, including expiry dates, notice periods and compliance status.
Knowledge Skills and Abilities, Key Responsibilities:
Necessary
Bachelor's degree
FLUENT in English
Basic Understanding of contract terms
Basic Excel capabilities

Department Overview
Trafigura's Storage department is responsible for managing the global storage operations and inventory of the company's traded commodities.
The team oversees a network of owned and leased storage terminals, tanks, warehouses and silos located strategically around the world. They ensure the proper handling, maintenance and accounting of commodities while in storage.
