- Συνεργάζεσαι με Hiring Managers για την αξιολόγηση αναγκών ταλέντων και καθοδήγηση στη στρατηγική πρόσληψης
- Πραγματοποιείς ενεργή αναζήτηση υποψηφίων σε ναυτιλιακές και εμπορικές κοινότητες
- Υλοποιείς 100% άμεσες προσλήψεις χωρίς χρήση εξωτερικών πρακτορείων
- Διεξάγεις συνεντεύξεις για την αξιολόγηση τεχνικών και βασικών δεξιοτήτων
- Υποστηρίζεις προγράμματα πρακτικής και early-career
- Υποστηρίζεις τις ανάγκες πρόσληψης άλλων επιχειρησιακών τομέων όταν απαιτείται
- Εξασφαλίζεις συμμόρφωση με εργατική νομοθεσία και κανονισμούς πρόσληψης
- Παρέχεις εκπαίδευση σε Hiring Managers σε διαδικασίες πρόσληψης και αξιολόγησης υποψηφίων
- Ενισχύεις την εργοδοτική εικόνα σε ναυτιλιακές κοινότητες και εκδηλώσεις
- Συμμετέχεις σε πρωτοβουλίες employer branding και εκπροσωπείς την εταιρεία σε συνέδρια και εκδηλώσεις
- Δημιουργείς και διατηρείς δίκτυα συνεργασίας με ακαδημίες και επαγγελματικές ενώσεις ναυτιλίας
- Συνεργάζεσαι με την παγκόσμια ομάδα Talent Acquisition και κοινοποιείς αναλύσεις της αγοράς ναυτιλιακών ταλέντων
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 3+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Ικανότητα απευθείας sourcing υποψηφίων χωρίς τη χρήση πρακτορείων
- Recruiting στον τομέα του shipping και commodity trading
- Εξοικείωση με ρόλους, ορολογία και διοικητικές διαδικασίες shipping
- Πλατφόρμες ATS (ιδιαίτερα Workday) και LinkedIn Recruiter
- Αξιοποίηση εργαλείων AI (π.χ. Claude) για υποστήριξη λήψης αποφάσεων
- Συνέντευξη υποψηφίων και χρήση πλαισίων αξιολόγησης
- Συμμόρφωση με εργατική νομοθεσία και τοπικούς κανονισμούς πρόσληψης
- Συνεργασία με Hiring Managers και εκπαίδευση στη διαδικασία πρόσληψης
- Δημιουργία talent pipeline και υποστήριξη προγραμμάτων πρακτικής
- Employer branding και κοινοποίηση market insights
