As a Disbursements Analyst you will play a crucial role in the financial operations of our shipping division. Your main responsibility is to ensure proper handling of port costs disbursements and endeavour to minimize expenses for the Group. In more detail this will mean negotiation with agents, review of charter parties regarding port costs clauses, update of accounting and monitoring software, communication with ship owners with regards to port costs and costs reporting to Deals Desk and Traders.
The role reports to the Disbursements Team Leader.
