The American College of Greece (ACG) is seeking a Graduate Admissions Specialist to support the recruitment and admission of students into ACG’s graduate programs. The successful candidate will play a key role in guiding prospective students through the admissions pipeline, contributing to enrollment goals, and ensuring a seamless, student-centered admissions experience.
Job Responsibilities:
Develop meaningful contact with prospective students from initial inquiry to enrollment and re-enrollment, ensuring effective nurturing and tracking of leads.
Proactively follow up with prospective students to support the achievement of enrollment targets.
Organize new student Orientation and registration preparations and assist with special events coordinated by the Office of Admissions.
Review application materials to verify they meet program admission criteria.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student interactions and application statuses within the CRM system.
Implement recruitment strategies for graduate students as directed by Senior Leadership.
Participate in enrollment activities and events, including info sessions, international fairs, email campaigns, and virtual or phone meetings.
Support the implementation of customized enrollment processes and tactics for graduate programs.
Perform any other duties and special projects as assigned by the supervisor.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. A Master’s degree will be considered an asset.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a client-oriented sales or service environment.
Strong familiarity with the Greek and international education market.
Experience working with CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
Excellent written and oral communication skills in Greek and English.
Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and reporting ability.
Required Skills:
Strong interpersonal, organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
High attention to detail, customer-centric approach, and ability to multitask.
Ability to work with a diverse and international student base.
High degree of confidentiality.
Ability to work on-site and function effectively as part of a larger team.
