The American College of Greece is seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Specialist – International Enrollment to join our Undergraduate Enrollment team. The successful candidate will be responsible for international student recruitment, admissions processing, and student support. The role involves significant international travel to represent ACG at fairs and events, as well as the cultivation of relationships with prospective students from initial inquiry to enrollment and relocation to Greece.
Job Responsibilities:
Plan and participate in recruitment initiatives—such as international fairs, high school visits, conferences, and webinars—within the assigned territory.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with external partners (e.g., educational agents, high school counselors), ensuring they remain informed and equipped to recruit qualified students.
Evaluate recruitment outcomes and propose adjustments to future recruitment plans within the assigned region to increase enrollment.
Guide candidates through all admissions process steps and assess their eligibility for admission.
Maintain consistent communication with prospective students to encourage engagement, ensure timely progression, and support conversion throughout the admissions cycle.
Coordinate on-campus visits, information sessions (in-person and online), and residence tours for prospective students and families.
Manage and update student application data within the CRM admissions system.
Support new students during their first year by following up on their academic and student life experience.
Organize and participate in on-campus events related to the recruitment and retention of first-year students.
Assist the refugee scholarship program counselor with admissions processes and coordinate logistical needs for scholarship recipients (e.g., books, meals, supplies).
Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor Degree
2-3 years’ work experience in counselling/advising, sales or customer care positions
Familiarity with international secondary and post-secondary education systems will be considered additional asset
Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Greek
P.C. literate (Word, Excel, Power Point etc.)

Ability to travel frequently and to work flexible hours (considering potential time zone differences), including evenings and weekends, as required to support departmental needs.
