The American College of Greece (ACG) is seeking a dynamic and strategic Senior Manager to join the Office of Advancement. This role is crucial in fostering a culture of philanthropy and engagement, with a focus on cultivating meaningful relationships with alumni, donors, foundations, and key stakeholders in support of ACG’s mission and strategic priorities.

Required Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement fundraising and alumni engagement strategies
  • Identify, cultivate, solicit, and steward relationships with donors and prospects
  • Collaborate with internal departments (Admissions, Financial Aid, Career Office, Academic Divisions) to align fundraising initiatives with institutional goals
  • Build awareness of ACG’s value and mission.
  • Support social media, events, and fundraising committees (e.g. Pierce Parents and Alumni Chapters).
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of donor interactions in CRM systems
  • Support Advancement Office events

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (preferably in MBA, PR, Marketing, English, or related).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in fundraising, business development, relationship management or sales
  • Fluent in Greek and English (written and spoken)
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and social media platforms
