manager of online programs enrollment

The American College of Greece is seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to join its Enrollment team as the Manager of Online Programs Enrollment. This role involves implementing enrollment strategies, managing prospective student relationships, and collaborating with academic and administrative teams to meet admissions goals.

Job Responsibilities:

• Implement recruitment strategy for the ACG Global online campus.
• Develop and evaluate enrollment processes and tactics specific to online programs.
• Collaborate with online program directors and internal stakeholders to identify target student profiles and execute recruitment initiatives.
• Create training and support materials to enhance recruitment performance.
• Coordinate with the Marketing Department for lead generation and brand consistency in recruitment materials.
• Organize and execute enrollment events such as info sessions, email campaigns, virtual fairs, and meetings.
• Maintain and nurture the leads database and track progress through CRM systems.
• Advise prospective students from inquiry through to enrollment; support current students on re-enrollment processes.
• Review application materials and assess eligibility based on online program admissions criteria.
• Maintain accurate student records and oversee invoicing coordination.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Senior Director of Graduate and Online Programs.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a client-oriented sales/service role, ideally in education.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in the English and Greek language.
• Proficient in CRM platforms (Salesforce, Hubspot) and MS Office applications.
