Περιγραφή Θέσης

Deree – The American College of Greece is seeking a qualified candidate for the position of Enrollment Data Specialist. The successful candidate will support the efficient and accurate processing of student applications and admissions data, while contributing to the smooth back-office operation of the Greek and International Admissions Offices.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform accurate and timely data entry and management of applications in Salesforce and Jenzabar, ensuring completeness and consistency of records

  • Review application data for errors or missing information and follow up internally when needed

  • Support the processing of admissions decisions, including the preparation and issuance of acceptance letters

  • Execute campaign activities in Salesforce, including updating lists, sending communications, and tracking responses

  • Run and extract standard reports to support Admissions and management needs

  • Maintain organized and up-to-date digital records of applicants and supporting documents

  • Provide administrative and operational support to both Greek and International Admissions Offices

  • Collaborate with the Admissions team to ensure smooth workflow and consistency of information

  • Create and manage events in the system (e.g. information sessions, open days), including setup, registration tracking, and maintenance of accurate participant data

  • Support Admissions events and related activities through administrative assistance and coordination tasks

  • Assist in handling internal requests related to application status and data verification

  • Ensure compliance with data accuracy standards and institutional procedures

  • Support general office functions when needed

  • Execute additional back-office tasks as assigned by the supervisor

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field

  • Previous experience in data entry, admissions support, or administrative operations will be considered an asset

  • Experience with Salesforce, Jenzabar, or similar CRM/SIS platforms is considered a strong advantage

  • Very good command of the English language, both written and spoken

  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel

Required Skills:

  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Ability to manage repetitive tasks with consistency and focus

  • Strong problem-solving ability, particularly in identifying data inconsistencies

  • Ability to work effectively under pressure during peak periods

  • Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to support colleagues

  • Clear written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to follow processes and instructions carefully
