The Registrar’s Office at Deree – The American College of Greece seeks a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support the efficient operation of academic records, registration processes, and student services. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy, confidentiality, and timely processing of student academic information, while providing professional administrative support to students, faculty, and internal stakeholders.
Job Responsibilities:
Provides administrative support to the RO team in order to ensure the smooth operation of the office.
Assists with daily office responsibilities.
Receives, maintains, and organizes student files accordingly.
Provides high – quality customer service to both undergraduate and graduate level students relating to online registration, add/drop, personal data changes
Assists during commencement ceremonies.
Troubleshoots technical and academic questions regarding academic records in order to provide customer service regarding the students’ review record process.
All other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree
Previous relevant experience (1–2 years preferred).
Proficiency in the English language.
Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
