The American College of Greece is seeking a highly organized and qualified Administrative Assistant to join the Business Affairs Office. The successful candidate will provide administrative and operational support to the Business Affairs Office, contributing to the efficient day-to-day functioning of the department.
Job Responsibilities:
Coordinate and follow through on travel arrangements and bookings for College-related travel
Gather, review, and process documentation required for credit card payment procedures
Maintain, organize, and continuously update the department’s digital filing systems and records
Assist with financial and administrative documentation, reporting, and recordkeeping as needed
Liaise and collaborate effectively with internal departments and external partners to support daily operations
Contribute to the improvement and streamlining of administrative processes and workflows
Complete special projects and perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Finance, or a related field
Master’s degree will be considered an asset
Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken
Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel
Previous experience in an accounting, finance, or administrative support role will be considered a plus
Required Skills:
Strong organizational and time management skills
Attention to detail and accuracy in handling documentation and records
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Problem-solving mindset and willingness to take initiative
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team

Adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic work environment
