highly skilled SharePoint Administrator to manage and support our organization's SharePoint Online environment within Microsoft 365. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the configuration, maintenance, governance, and optimization of SharePoint sites and services to enhance collaboration, information sharing, and business workflows across the company. In addition to hands-on operational responsibilities, you will also contribute to the architectural strategy and long-term vision for our modern workplace.
OPPORTUNITIES
Key Responsibilities
Administer and support the SharePoint Online platform and associated services within Microsoft 365.
Manage site collections, permissions, and content structures, including intranet, department sites, and document libraries.
Develop and maintain governance policies around access control, sharing, storage, and lifecycle management.
Work closely with business units to create, configure, and optimize SharePoint sites for productivity and compliance.
Collaborate with Microsoft Teams administrators to support integrated document management and team collaboration.
Provide Tier 2/3 support for SharePoint-related incidents and service requests.
Monitor system performance, security, and audit logs to ensure platform health and compliance.
Document configuration standards, operational procedures, and change logs.
Participate in Microsoft 365 roadmap reviews and implement relevant SharePoint feature updates or deprecations.
Conduct user training, workshops, and create support materials.
SKILLS
Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
5+ years of hands-on experience managing SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 environments.
Strong understanding of SharePoint architecture, permissions model, site templates, and modern experience.
Strong experience with Windows 10/11, macOS, iOS, and Android device management.
Understanding of data classification, retention, and governance policies.
