senior program manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Program Manager to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives within our financial services organization. In this role, you will oversee strategic programs that drive operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and business transformation. You will partner with senior leadership, technology teams, and business stakeholders to deliver programs on time, within scope, and aligned with strategic objectives.

 OPPORTUNITIES

• You will lead and manage large-scale, multi-disciplinary programs from initiation through execution and delivery.
  

• You will define program objectives, success metrics, and governance frameworks in alignment with organizational strategy.
  

• You will oversee budgets, resource allocation, timelines, and risk management to ensure program success.
  

• You will engage with executive stakeholders to provide updates, resolve challenges, and align on key decisions.
  

• You will ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, compliance standards, and industry best practices.
  

• You will drive continuous improvement in program management methodologies and tools across the organization.
  

• You will mentor and guide project managers, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.

 SKILLS

• 10+ years of program/project management experience, with at least 5 years in financial services or a highly regulated industry.
  

• Strong knowledge of program governance, portfolio management, and risk mitigation practices.
  

• Proven track record of managing multi-million-dollar programs with cross-functional teams.
  

• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills at executive levels.
  

• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
  

• Familiarity with financial services products, regulatory frameworks, and digital transformation initiatives.
  

• PMP, PgMP, or similar program management certification is a plus.
