As a Property Category Manager at Temenos, you will be instrumental in optimizing our global property portfolio. This includes managing property contracts, negotiating with landlords or brokers, and overseeing projects alongside regional representatives to deliver cost-efficient solutions. You will contribute to the success of Temenos by ensuring operational excellence and maximizing the value of our property investments.

•  OPPORTUNITIESYou will coordinate a 3-year cost reduction program by identifying innovative approaches to downsizing, subletting, or terminating leases.
• You will collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their property requirements and deliver tailored solutions aligned with business objectives.
• You will manage supplier relationships, ensuring optimal terms through effective contract negotiations.
• You will monitor and evaluate supplier performance to ensure the highest standards are maintained.
• You will conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, risks, and cost-saving opportunities.
• You will leverage insights to advise on property portfolio strategy and competitive positioning.
• You will work with the finance team to implement and optimize the new lease management system, Visual Lease. You will be required to identify and exploit efficiencies and benefits for the procurement department through the system.
• You will develop and enforce policies for property management, office fit-outs, and lease renewals.
• You will oversee and project manage property fit-outs and renewals, ensuring timely and cost-effective execution.
• You will establish and maintain policies for building security, health, and safety, ensuring full compliance across all locations.

 SKILLS· You should hold a bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

· You should have demonstrable experience in the property or real estate industry, with expertise in contract and lease management.

· You should have strong negotiation skills, with a proven track record of securing favorable contract terms.

· You should possess excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret market data and trends.

· You should have strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling collaboration across teams and with external stakeholders.

· You should be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and have experience with procurement or lease management software, such as Visual Lease.

· You should be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
