As part of our continuous growth, we are currently seeking to recruit a
Teleseller for home sector TECHNOGYM
Brief Description
The Sales Consultant is responsible to start, process and conclude all sale requests that do not require physical presence and/or client meeting, by communicating with the clients over the phone or via email. The Sales Consultant's purpose is to create a long-term relationship with our customers, handle all requests from new and/or existing customers guaranteeing follow-up activities.
Key Responsibilities
· Manages inbound calls (customers for all segments BTB/BTC) delivering a unique selling experience while understanding their needs and offering the right solution to reach the customer's satisfaction.
· Manages outbound calls to generate new business opportunities.
· Supports our sales force on the field scheduling visits.
· Manages and nurtures the CRM Database to ensure information is accurate and up to date.
· Collects and shares adequate market feedback with relevant departments.
· Oversees the process from order to installation checking customer satisfaction and upselling additional products or services where applicable.
· Checks cases, Instagram requests, e-shop orders.
· Sends quotes, prices, catalogues, product specifications, sales term agreements, packing dimensions etc.
· Arranges, manages, organizes, and supervises delivery of orders.
· Collaborates with Supply Chain responsible for handling stock and product availability – imports.
· Introduces After Sales department and proposes service agreements.
· Attends client meetings, sample products and arranges payment.

Requirements
· Bachelor's degree ideally BA, Finance, Communications, Sales and related.
· Business development experience.
· 1-2 years of experience in the luxury industry, preferably with a wellness lifestyle.
· Fluent in the English language.
· Excellent sales techniques, written & verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to handle VIP customers.
· Teamwork in sales-oriented environments.
· Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints and doubts.
· CRM management – knowledge of Salesforce.com is desirable.
· Flexibility in working hours (evenings & weekend)
