- Ηγείσαι του σχεδιασμού και της εξέλιξης της αρχιτεκτονικής πλατφόρμας βασισμένης σε React
- Διαχειρίζεσαι την απόδοση frontend πλήρως: στρατηγική απόδοσης, βελτιστοποίηση πακέτων, πρότυπα ανάκτησης δεδομένων και παρακολούθηση με πραγματικά μετρικά
- Οικοδομείς και ενσωματώνεις λειτουργίες με δυνατότητες AI, όπως streaming LLM απαντήσεων και UI με πραγματικό χρόνο επεξεργασίας
- Ορίζεις και προωθείς τη στρατηγική διαχείρισης κατάστασης σε όλη την πλατφόρμα με εργαλεία όπως Redux, Zustand και RxJS
- Εξελίσσεις τα εργαλεία κατασκευής και την εμπειρία προγραμματιστή με Vite για γρήγορη τοπική επαναφορά και κομψά παραγωγικά builds
- Συνεργάζεσαι στενά με Product και Design για τη μετάφραση των UX απαιτήσεων σε τεχνική αρχιτεκτονική
- Καθοδηγείς έμπειρους μηχανικούς, κριτικάρεις σχεδιασμούς και επηρεάζεις την τεχνική κατεύθυνση πέρα από την ομάδα σου
- Λαμβάνεις πρακτικές αποφάσεις για build ή αγορά με γνώμονα το επιχειρηματικό πλαίσιο και τις ανάγκες συντήρησης
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 8+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Εξειδίκευση στην πλατφόρμα React και τις σύγχρονες δυνατότητές της
- Γνώση διαχείρισης κατάστασης με Redux, Zustand και RxJS και εμπειρία επιλογής κατάλληλων εργαλείων
- Δεξιότητες στη μηχανική απόδοσης frontend, συμπεριλαμβανομένης της βελτιστοποίησης rendering και παρακολούθησης
- Εμπειρία με Vite στην κατασκευή έργων και στη βελτίωση της εμπειρίας προγραμματιστή
- Κατασκευή εμπειριών χρήστη με δυνατότητες AI και κατανόηση αρχών σχεδιασμού UX
- Ισχυρή επιχειρηματική αντίληψη και ικανότητες επικοινωνίας για συνεργασία και πρόθεση
