Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 2+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Εμπειρία στην ηγεσία ομάδας και διαχείριση ανθρώπων
- Ικανότητα παροχής εποικοδομητικής ανατροφοδότησης και διαχείριση κλιμάκωσης
- Ισχυρές δεξιότητες στρατηγικής σκέψης, ανάλυσης και επίλυσης προβλημάτων
- Υψηλή κατανόηση προστασίας απορρήτου πελατών
- Διγλωσσία στα Ισπανικά και Αγγλικά

As a Team Lead, you will:
Provide mentorship, guidance, and career development to members of your team.
Implement escalation channels in accordance with mutually agreed-upon procedures.
Lead a high-performing team through an exciting transition to build problem-solving, critical thinking, analytical and technical capabilities which will enable the department to develop deeper, more scalable solutions.
Establish team goals and work with direct reports on strategies for executing, measuring progress, and sharing results.
Identify actionable insights, suggest recommendations, and influence team strategy through effective communication.
Requirements:
C1/C2 Fluency in Spanish and English
At least 2 years of prior relevant people management experience.
Strategic thinker with strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
Experience providing constructive criticism and implementing corrective action plans.
High-level understanding of customer confidentiality standards and also has a passion for the development of teammates.
