- Παρακολουθείς αναφορές κακοποίησης στην πλατφόρμα και επιβάλλεις τους όρους χρήσης.
- Συμμετέχεις σε προγράμματα υποστήριξης εργαζομένων, αναφορών και εκπαίδευσης.
- Κλιμακώνεις αλλαγές που επηρεάζουν την απόδοση μέσω των κατάλληλων καναλιών.
- Τηρείς τα απαιτούμενα KPI, τα μέτρα ασφάλειας, την εμπιστευτικότητα και τις λοιπές απαιτήσεις του έργου.
- Ελέγχεις ψηφιακό περιεχόμενο, όπως βίντεο, ειδήσεις, εικόνες, πολιτικές διαφημίσεις και προφίλ κοινωνικών δικτύων.
- Βαθμολογείς το περιεχόμενο ως προς την καταλληλότητα ηλικίας, τη βία, το σεξουαλικό περιεχόμενο και την πολιτική διαφάνεια.
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 1+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Άριστη γνώση Αγγλικών και Περσικών, σε προφορικό και γραπτό επίπεδο.
- Content moderation, Content policy enforcement & Digital content review.
- Abuse report monitoring & Content classification.
- Verbal communication, Written communication & Interpersonal skills.
- Empathy & Cultural awareness.
- Confidentiality, KPI adherence & Escalation procedures.
