- Εφαρμόζεις την πολιτική περιεχομένου και χειρίζεσαι ψηφιακό περιεχόμενο σύμφωνα με τις προβλεπόμενες διαδικασίες.
- Παρακολουθείς αναφορές κακοποίησης και επιβάλλεις με ακρίβεια τους όρους χρήσης του πελάτη.
- Ελέγχεις βίντεο, ειδήσεις, εικόνες, πολιτικές διαφημίσεις και προφίλ κοινωνικών δικτύων.
- Αξιολογείς το περιεχόμενο ως προς την καταλληλότητα ηλικίας, τη βία, το σεξουαλικό περιεχόμενο και την πολιτική διαφάνεια.
- Κλιμακώνεις τις αλλαγές που ενδέχεται να επηρεάσουν την απόδοση ή τα απαιτούμενα KPI μέσω των κατάλληλων καναλιών.
- Τηρείς τα μέτρα ασφάλειας, την εμπιστευτικότητα και τις λοιπές απαιτήσεις του έργου.
- Συμμετέχεις σε αναφορές προγράμματος, εκπαιδεύσεις και δράσεις ευεξίας.
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 1+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Content moderation, έλεγχος, ταξινόμηση και επιβολή πολιτικών περιεχομένου
- Άριστη γνώση Αγγλικών και Άριστη γνώση Ουγγρικών
- Εμπειρία σε Operations και Customer Experience
- Προφορική και γραπτή επικοινωνία
- Πολιτισμική επίγνωση και πολιτική και κοινωνική επίγνωση
- Εμπιστευτικότητα, συμμόρφωση με απαιτήσεις ασφάλειας και διαχείριση KPI
