- Εξετάζεις βίντεο, ειδήσεις, εικόνες, πολιτικές διαφημίσεις και προφίλ κοινωνικών δικτύων.
- Ταξινομείς περιεχόμενο ως προς την καταλληλότητα ηλικίας, τη βία, το σεξουαλικό περιεχόμενο και την πολιτική διαφάνεια.
- Κλιμακώνεις αλλαγές που ενδέχεται να επηρεάσουν την απόδοση ή τη διατήρηση των απαιτούμενων KPI.
- Τηρείς τα μέτρα ασφάλειας, την εχεμύθεια και τις λοιπές απαιτήσεις του έργου.
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 1+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Επάρκεια στα Αγγλικά και στα Τσεχικά
- Content moderation, εφαρμογή πολιτικών περιεχομένου και ταξινόμηση περιεχομένου
- Παρακολούθηση αναφορών κακοποιητικού περιεχομένου και προσοχή στις αποχρώσεις
- Προφορική και γραπτή επικοινωνία, διαπροσωπικές δεξιότητες και ενσυναίσθηση
- Πολιτισμική επίγνωση και επίγνωση πολιτικών και κοινωνικών θεμάτων
- Εχεμύθεια και διαχείριση KPI
