- Συμμετέχεις σε προγράμματα ευεξίας και κατάρτισης προσωπικού
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 1+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Άριστη γνώση Αγγλικών και γνώση άλλης γλώσσας όπως Ουγγρικά
- Διαχείριση Περιεχομένου με συνέπεια και εφαρμογή πολιτικών
- Επικοινωνιακές και διαπροσωπικές δεξιότητες με έμφαση στην εμπάθεια
- Κοινωνικοπολιτισμική ενημέρωση και ευαισθητοποίηση
- Εμπειρία στις επιχειρησιακές λειτουργίες σε κοινόχρηστες υπηρεσίες ή πελατειακά περιβάλλοντα
- Τήρηση εχεμύθειας και γνώση ηλεκτρονικών υπολογιστών
