Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 1+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Άπταιστα αγγλικά και ικανότητα ανάγνωσης και ομιλίας Ουγγρικών
- Εμπειρία σε λειτουργίες σε shared services ή περιβάλλον πελατειακής εμπειρίας
- Διαπροσωπικές δεξιότητες, δεξιότητες προφορικής και γραπτής επικοινωνίας
- Ενσυναίσθηση και πολιτισμική ευαισθησία για κοινωνικές και πολιτικές καταστάσεις
- Τήρηση μέτρων ασφαλείας και εμπιστευτικότητας
