Our team comprises highly specialized and seasoned office and technical personnel who play a vital role in accomplishing ambitious goals and augmenting our capacity to better serve our clientele. Reflecting our dynamic ethos, we are currently in search of enthusiastic and dynamic individuals to join us as "World Service Coordinator Assistants."

 

  • As a part of the Service Coordination Team, the new colleagues will primarily be responsible for:

     

    - Managing and coordinating quotations and orders following established procedures, customer directives, Regulations, and Standards.

    - Acting as a liaison between customers and the technical network partners of the company.

    - Ensuring the utmost quality and prompt response times for quotations and orders.

    - Actively pursuing follow-ups on quotations with customers and providing feedback to supervisors.

    - Collaborating with Sales and Logistics departments to ensure smooth progress in work whenever necessary.

     

    Requirements:

     

    - A minimum of one year of proven experience in the Shipping Industry, preferably within the Marine Electronics domain.

    - Proficiency in technology and English. Previous familiarity with the SoftOne ERP system would be advantageous.

    - Excellent communication skills, with a strong emphasis on teamwork and collaboration.

    - Demonstrated dedication to delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining a solid work ethic.

    - Eagerness to learn and develop professionally.
