Our team consists of highly skilled and experienced office and technical personnel who play a pivotal role in achieving ambitious objectives and enhancing our ability to better serve our clientele. We are currently seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a "Sales Support Assistant."
Responsibilities:
As part of the Logistics Team, the new team member will be responsible for:
Tailoring comprehensive proposals to meet our customers' needs, ensuring alignment with International Regulations and Standards.
Proactively following up on quotations and furnishing detailed feedback to supervisors.
Collaborating closely with the Logistics and Technical departments to streamline workflow and facilitate progress.
Upholding the company's commitment to maintaining the highest levels of quality and responsiveness.
Requirements:
Possession of a degree from a University or College in Maritime studies or related fields.
Preferable prior experience in the Shipping Industry, ideally within Marine Electronics and/or Digital Services.
Proficiency in both written and verbal English, coupled with adeptness in technology usage. Familiarity with SoftOne ERP and Softway email systems will be considered an advantage.
Ability to navigate effectively within a corporate environment.
Εxcellent communication skills, with a strong emphasis on teamwork and collaboration.
