This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career project management professional with a strong engineering foundation who is looking to grow within a dynamic, technology-driven environment. The successful candidate will join the team responsible for establishing and operationalizing a centralized PMO framework that improves visibility, accountability, planning, execution and cross-functional coordination across projects and programs.
Working closely with senior stakeholders and experienced project leaders, the Project Manager will support strategic and operational initiatives, contribute to process development and help drive project execution excellence across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
PMO Support & Governance
Support the development and implementation of PMO processes, standards, and governance practices.
Assist in creating project management templates, reporting structures, and documentation.
Help maintain project tracking, reporting, and portfolio visibility.
Contribute to the definition and monitoring of KPIs and project performance metrics.
Project Coordination & Delivery
Coordinate cross-functional project activities and follow up on deliverables and timelines.
Support project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk tracking activities.
Prepare project status reports and presentations for management.
Assist in ensuring alignment between project execution and organizational priorities.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with engineering, operations, procurement, finance, and commercial teams.
Facilitate communication and coordination between stakeholders.
Support adoption of project management processes and reporting standards.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives across project execution activities.
Continuous Improvement
Identify opportunities to improve project execution efficiency and operational performance.
Introduce tools, dashboards, and digital workflows that support scalable project delivery.
Promote a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is required.
2–4 years of experience in project coordination, project management, operations, or engineering roles.
Experience in high-tech, manufacturing, industrial technology, or engineering-driven environments is strongly preferred.
Exposure to structured project environments or PMO practices is considered an advantage.
Experience in defense or aerospace industries is a plus.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and governance frameworks.
Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Project and advanced Microsoft Excel skills are required.
PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent certification is considered an advantage.
Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strong analytical and organizational capabilities.
Strong willingness to learn and develop within a PMO and project management environment.
Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments.
High level of professionalism, ownership and execution focus.
