Τι θα κάνεις
- Βοηθάς στην προετοιμασία οικονομικών εκθέσεων, παρουσιάσεων προς επενδυτές, δελτίων τύπου και ρυθμιστικών υποβολών
- Διεξάγεις χρηματοοικονομική μοντελοποίηση και benchmarking ανταγωνιστών για υποστήριξη επικοινωνιών με επενδυτές
- Παρακολουθείς και αναλύεις τάσεις αγοράς, συναισθήματα επενδυτών και αναφορές αναλυτών για παροχή πληροφοριών στη διοίκηση
- Τηρείς τη βάση δεδομένων επενδυτικών σχέσεων και παρακολουθείς μετακινήσεις μετόχων
- Υποστηρίζεις τον προγραμματισμό και την εκτέλεση κλήσεων κερδών, παρουσιάσεων σε επενδυτές και συνέδρια
- Συνεργάζεσαι με τις ομάδες Οικονομικών, Νομικών και Εταιρικών Επικοινωνιών για ακριβείς και συμμορφωμένες αποκαλύψεις
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 3+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Χρηματοοικονομική μοντελοποίηση και Benchmarking ανταγωνιστών
- Δεξιότητες παρουσίασης και επάρκεια σε Excel και PowerPoint
- Επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες για σαφή μηνύματα προς επενδυτές
- Ανάλυση τάσεων αγοράς και παρακολούθηση μετόχων
- Γνώση IFRS και regulatory reporting
- Χρηματοοικονομικά / Διοίκηση Επιχειρήσεων / Οποιοδήποτε Πεδίο

Περιγραφή Θέσης
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Investor Relations Analyst to join our dynamic Investor Relations (IR) team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting the IR function, ensuring efficient communication between the company and its investors, and contributing to the overall strategic goals of the group.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the preparation of earnings reports, investor presentations, press releases, and regulatory filings
Conduct financial modeling and competitor benchmarking to support investor communications
Monitor and analyze market trends, investor sentiment, and analyst reports to provide insights to senior management
Maintain the investor relations database and track shareholder movements
Support the planning and execution of earnings calls, investor roadshows, and conferences
Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and Corporate Communications teams to ensure accurate and compliant disclosures
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
Min 3 years of experience in Investor Relations, Equity Research, Corporate Finance, or Investment Banking
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Strong financial modeling and presentation skills (Excel and Powerpoint proficiency required)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to craft clear investor messaging
Knowledge of capital markets, financial statements, and regulatory reporting (IFRS)
Experience with Bloomberg, FactSet, or IR tools (e.g. Q4) is a plus
Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines
