Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 2+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Λειτουργία CNC Τόρνου και προγραμματισμός G και M Κωδικών
- Ανάγνωση Τεχνικών Σχεδίων και ερμηνεία προδιαγραφών
- Γνώση λογισμικού CAM όπως Fusion CAM Software και hyperMILL CAM Software
- Συντήρηση και ρύθμιση μηχανής για αποφυγή προβλημάτων
- Επίλυση προβλημάτων και προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια
Περιγραφή Θέσης
We are looking for an experienced CNC Turning Machine Operator-Programmer to play a key role in delivering high-precision manufacturing solutions. The successful candidate will combine technical expertise, programming skills, and attention to detail to ensure efficient production and consistent product quality.
Responsibilities:
Program and operate CNC Turning machines based on technical specifications and blueprints.
Design and prepare CAM programs (Computer-Aided Manufacturing).
Inspect initial samples to ensure they meet required quality standards and tolerances.
Adjust and maintain machines to prevent delays and malfunctions.
Collaborate with the team to continuously improve production processes.
Required Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience as a CNC Turning Machine Operator-Programmer.
Proficiency in programming with G and M codes.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Strong knowledge of CAM software (e.g., Fusion, hyperMILL ).
Adaptability and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and responsibility.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in manufacturing precision components.
CNC certification is an additional asset.
Basic knowledge of English.
