We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team in Greece. The successful candidate will play a key role in expanding our market presence, building strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth in key international and domestic markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Market Expansion: Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities in targeted markets.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry partners.
- Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and develop strategic alliances that align with company objectives.
- Sales Growth: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business goals.
- Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for growth.
- Proposal Development: Prepare and present compelling business proposals, tenders, and presentations to potential clients.
- Trade Shows and Events: Represent Theon Sensors at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote our products and capabilities.
Qualifications
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or related roles within the defense, security, or high-tech industry.
- Market Knowledge: Familiarity with the defense and security market in Europe, Middle East, or other relevant regions.
- Skills:
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess market trends and data.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Language: Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Travel: Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
