- Προγραμματίζεις, ρυθμίζεις και χειρίζεσαι χειροκίνητα και CNC μηχανήματα λείανσης και φρεζαρίσματος 3-άξονα
- Κατεργάζεσαι σύνθετα εξαρτήματα με αυστηρές ανοχές σε διάφορα υλικά εντός στενών προθεσμιών
- Εκτελείς κοπή υλικού, κατασκευάζεις εργαλεία, τοποθετείς συγκρατητές, εκτελείς προγράμματα, αφαιρείς περίσσεια και τελειώνεις εξαρτήματα
- Χρησιμοποιείς εργαλεία μέτρησης για επιβεβαίωση ποιότητας εργασίας
- Καταγράφεις διαδικασίες κατεργασίας και αποτελέσματα όταν απαιτείται
- Συνεργάζεσαι και επικοινωνείς με μηχανικούς και μέλη της ομάδας με προφορικό και ηλεκτρονικό τρόπο
- Πραγματοποιείς βαθμονόμηση εξοπλισμού και εκτελείς προληπτική συντήρηση
- Παρέχεις ανατροφοδότηση για μεθόδους και τεχνολογίες παραγωγής
- Συνεργάζεσαι με σχεδιαστές μηχανικούς για κατανόηση σκοπού σχεδιασμού και αναζητάς αποτελεσματικές λύσεις
- Διενεργείς πειράματα ακολουθώντας πρότυπα ασφάλειας, ποιότητας και αποτελεσματικότητας
- Διαχειρίζεσαι προμηθευτές για τη σωστή εκτέλεση έργων σύμφωνα με τις προδιαγραφές σχεδίασης και χρονοδιαγράμματα
- Ορίζεις τεχνικές και ποιοτικές απαιτήσεις προμηθευτών βάσει των απαιτήσεων έργου
- Σχεδιάζεις συγκρατητές και εξοπλισμό δοκιμών για πρωτότυπα και παραγωγή
- Διατηρείς καθαρό και ασφαλή χώρο εργασίας
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις

Περιγραφή Θέσης
We are seeking a talented CNC Machining Engineer who will be responsible for developing, optimizing, and maintaining CNC machining processes to ensure efficient, high-quality production.
Τι θα κάνετε
Develop and optimize CNC machining processes, including milling, turning, grinding, and multi-axis operations.
Create and maintain CNC programs (G-code) using CAM software (e.g., MasterCAM).
Define machining strategies, tooling selections, cutting parameters, and fixturing solutions
Conduct cycle time analysis and implement improvements to increase throughput.
Program, setup, and operate manual and CNC grinding machines as well as a 3-axis CNC milling machine.
Machine complex components to tight tolerances in various materials with tight deadlines
Cut material, build tooling, set fixtures, run programs, deburr, and finish parts.
Use various inspection and measurement tools to validate your work.
Tracking and documentation of machining processes and results when necessary
Collaborate openly with engineers and team members to find solutions, and proactively communicate with them through verbal, email, phone, and other internal electronic channels.
Perform calibrations on equipment.
Complete required preventive maintenance.
Provide feedback on manufacturing methods and technologies.
Collaborate with design engineers to gain an in-depth understanding of the design intend and independently work towards the most effective solution.
Conduct experiments in accordance with all safety, quality, and efficiency standards by following written and verbal work instructions.
Manage suppliers to execute projects according to the design specifications and timeline commitments.
Create and define supplier technical and quality requirements based on project requirements.
Design fixtures and equipment for testing in prototype and production environment.
Maintain clean and safe work areas.

Several years’ of CNC mill CAM programming experience.
Ability to identify and procure effective tooling and work-holding solutions.
Thorough knowledge and understanding of engineering drawings, documents, and GD&T.
Thorough knowledge in measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, gauge pins, bore gauges, optical comparator, etc.
Knowledge of material machinability and material selection.
Experience with material removal processes.
Demonstrate innovation, technical excellence, attention to detail and self-direction.
Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills, and mathematical competency
Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment with tight deadline.
Strong fundamentals in mechanical engineering.
