Τι θα κάνεις
- Συμμετέχεις σε υλοποιήσεις, rollouts και έργα υποστήριξης SAP S/4HANA με επίκεντρο το SAP SD.
- Αναλύεις επιχειρησιακές απαιτήσεις και τις μετατρέπεις σε αποτελεσματικές λύσεις SAP SD.
- Εκτελείς παραμετροποίηση SAP SD βάσει συμφωνημένων επιχειρησιακών διαδικασιών και λειτουργικών απαιτήσεων.
- Υποστηρίζεις τον σχεδιασμό επιχειρησιακών διαδικασιών και συμμετέχεις σε workshops fit-to-standard και σχεδιασμού λύσεων.
- Υποστηρίζεις διαδικασίες πωλήσεων, τιμολόγησης, παράδοσης, αποστολής και δεδομένων πελατών.
- Συντάσσεις functional specifications και συνεργάζεσαι με τεχνικές ομάδες για αναπτύξεις, βελτιώσεις και διασυνδέσεις.
- Συμμετέχεις σε δοκιμές, από την προετοιμασία και εκτέλεση έως την ανάλυση και επίλυση σφαλμάτων.
- Παρέχεις υποστήριξη σε cutover, go-live και δραστηριότητες hypercare μετά την παραγωγική έναρξη.
- Συνεργάζεσαι με συμβούλους και stakeholders πελατών για την επιτυχή παράδοση έργων.
- Συμβάλλεις στη συνεχή βελτίωση διαδικασιών, λύσεων και μεθοδολογιών παράδοσης SAP.
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 3+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Παραμετροποίηση SAP SD και επιχειρησιακές διαδικασίες SAP SD
- Υλοποιήσεις, rollouts και υποστήριξη SAP S/4HANA, συμπεριλαμβανομένου του SAP S/4HANA Sales
- Ανάλυση επιχειρησιακών απαιτήσεων και σχεδιασμός λύσεων
- Order-to-cash, τιμολόγηση SAP και τεχνικές συνθηκών
- Διασύνδεση SAP SD, functional specifications και testing SAP
- Μεθοδολογία SAP Activate, υποστήριξη cutover και go-live, και επάρκεια στην αγγλική γλώσσα
