Τι θα κάνεις
- Διαχειρίζεσαι όλες τις επιχειρησιακές πτυχές της σχολής ιστιοπλοΐας, συμπεριλαμβανομένης της παράδοσης του προγράμματος RYA και διαχείρισης της ομάδας
- Παραδίδεις μαθήματα RYA σύμφωνα με τους κανονισμούς RYA και τα πρότυπα της εταιρείας
- Συντονίζεις τη διαχείριση εγγράφων και των εκπαιδευτών για όλα τα μαθήματα
- Προωθείς τα μαθήματα και αυξάνεις τα έσοδα μέσα στο θέρετρο
- Διατηρείς τα πρότυπα εκπαίδευσης στα μαθήματα επί ξηράς
- Εποπτεύεις τα σχόλια πελατών σχετικά με την εκπαίδευση RYA και διερευνάς σημαντικές παρατηρήσεις
- Συνεργάζεσαι με το RYA και άλλους οργανισμούς για την ενημέρωση του προγράμματος
- Διασφαλίζεις καθαριότητα και σωστή προετοιμασία των σκαφών σύμφωνα με τα πρότυπα της εταιρείας και του RYA
- Ενημερώνεις τους εκπαιδευτές για τυχόν αλλαγές στις διαδικασίες λειτουργίας (SOP)
- Παρέχεις υποστήριξη και καθοδήγηση στους εκπαιδευτές και συνεχή εκπαίδευση
- Αναπτύσσεις εκπαιδευτικό υλικό για την υποστήριξη υπαρχόντων και μελλοντικών μαθημάτων
- Εξασφαλίζεις ότι τα έγγραφα πριν τον απόπλου των σκαφών είναι σωστά και σύμφωνη με τους νόμους και πολιτικές
- Τηρείς τις πολιτικές και διαδικασίες της εταιρείας κατά τη διάρκεια των μαθημάτων στη θάλασσα
- Κατευθύνεις και ενδυναμώνεις τους εκπαιδευτές
- Παρέχεις άριστη εξυπηρέτηση πελατών ανά πάσα στιγμή
- Εκτελείς άλλα καθήκοντα όπως ζητηθούν από τον προϊστάμενο σου
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- Ρυθµισμένος RYA Yachtmaster Instructor με εμπορική έγκριση
- Διαχείριση ομάδας και καθοδήγηση
- Γνώση νομοθεσίας Υγείας και Ασφάλειας
- Γνώση προγράμματος RYA ιστιοπλοΐας και προτύπων σχολής
- Αξιοπιστία και ομαδική εργασία
- Πιστοποιητικό Πρώτων Βοηθειών
- Εξυπηρέτηση πελατών και κίνητρα
- Υποστήριξη εκπαίδευσης και ανάπτυξη υλικού μαθημάτων
- Επικοινωνία SOP και εποπτεία σχολικής ποιότητας

Sailing adventures specifically tailored to every customer, be it an adult group or family vacation, from flotilla charters or courses at our sailing schools, we design the perfect experience they'll never forget. We have something to suit everybody regardless of experience level or vessel preference.
Our skippered charters will work with a large variety of customers, from proficient sailors who would like somebody on-board to tackle the hard work and provide their unrivalled local knowledge and expertise, to customers who have never sailed before and are looking to relax and enjoy the adventure, whilst knowing they are in safe hands. Customers can get as involved in the sailing as they like, whilst enjoying the turquoise waters, buzzy harbours, and endless horizons.
Living on board with the customers, our bareboat skippers are required to plan and adapt the charters itinerary dependent on each customer’s preferences, weather forecasts, and perhaps even any secret hidden local gems.
