- Εκτελείς συντήρηση και επισκευές εξοπλισμού γιοτ
- Κάνεις προληπτικούς και καθημερινούς ελέγχους συντήρησης
- Κάνεις σέρβις κινητήρα, αλλαγή λαδιών και φίλτρων
- Συντηρείς εξωλέμβιους κινητήρες για τα βοηθητικά σκάφη
- Αντιμετωπίζεις έκτακτες κλήσεις για βλάβες στο στόλο
- Εξασφαλίζεις την ασφάλεια των πελατών με ενημερώσεις και οδηγίες
- Βοηθάς στην επίλυση προβλημάτων των πελατών
- Υποστηρίζεις τη γενική λειτουργία της βάσης
- Εκτελείς άλλες αρμοδιότητες όπως σου ανατεθούν από τον Υπεύθυνο της βάσης
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- Συντήρηση πετρελαιοκινητήρων και εξωλέμβιων κινητήρων 2 και 4 χρόνων
- Γνώσεις ηλεκτρικών συστημάτων 12V DC
- Γνώσεις συστημάτων υδραυλικής εγκατάστασης σκαφών
- Επίλυση προβλημάτων και τεχνικές επισκευές σε γιώτ
- Εξυπηρέτηση πελατών και επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες
- Ευέλικτο ωράριο εργασίας και ομαδικό πνεύμα
- Εμπειρία ιστιοπλοΐας με γιώτ επιθυμητή

From independent sailing holidays to fully catered crewed and power yacht charters we offer our customers a range of product options, and most importantly an unforgettable experience.
The secret to our success within the yacht industry lies in our exceptional teams, we are united by the same purpose, to have fun while creating extraordinary experiences on the water.
Summary
Main duties will include ensuring delivery of the highest standards of yacht maintenance and reliability, providing prompt and courteous technical service to charter guests while on their yacht vacation, and technical repairs on yachts in preparation for charter.
Working hours vary, and you MUST be flexible to operational requirements.
What you will be doing
Completing turnaround service checks, yacht preparation and deck washing
Briefing clients on the yacht's systems and safety equipment
Maintenance and repairs to yacht equipment
Proactive and preventative daily maintenance checks and repairs.
Engine servicing, oil and filter checks/changes
Maintenance of outboards for tenders
Emergency callouts for breakdowns on any of the fleet
Ensuring the safety of all clients, including safety briefings
Assisting clients with queries and problems
Assisting with the general running of the base
Any other duties as directed by the Base Manager
What we are looking for
Experience maintaining diesel engines and 2 & 4 stroke outboard engines
A clear understanding of 12V DC electrical systems
A knowledge and enthusiasm to learn about marine plumbing systems.
Practically minded-with an ability to solve problems
Ability to work through pressurised conditions and with time constraints
Experience in a customer-orientated environment
Sociable and positive personality
Committed to their team
Yacht sailing experience is desirable but not essential

Our skippered charters will work with a large variety of customers, from proficient sailors who would like somebody on-board to tackle the hard work and provide their unrivalled local knowledge and expertise, to customers who have never sailed before and are looking to relax and enjoy the adventure, whilst knowing they are in safe hands. Customers can get as involved in the sailing as they like, whilst enjoying the turquoise waters, buzzy harbours, and endless horizons.
Living on board with the customers, our bareboat skippers are required to plan and adapt the charters itinerary dependent on each customer’s preferences, weather forecasts, and perhaps even any secret hidden local gems.
