- Διαχειρίζεσαι αποτελεσματικά τα αποθέματα ανταλλακτικών στο κύριο γιοτ
- Βοηθάς τον κυβερνήτη της φλοτίλας με την ασφαλή πρόσδεση των γιοτ
- Υποστηρίζεις τις γενικές ανάγκες της φλοτίλας και επιλύεις προβλήματα πελατών
- Κοινωνικοποιείσαι με τους πελάτες
- Συνδράμεις στην οργάνωση κοινωνικών εκδηλώσεων, όπως γεύματα και Welcome Parties
- Διατηρείς καθαριότητα και καλή παρουσίαση του κύριου γιοτ
- Αποτελείς ελέγχους υπηρεσιών, προετοιμάζεις το γιοτ και πλένεις το κατάστρωμα
- Ενημερώνεις τους πελάτες για τα συστήματα και τον εξοπλισμό ασφάλειας του γιοτ
- Πραγματοποιείς συντηρήσεις και επισκευές στον εξοπλισμό του γιοτ
- Εκτελείς προληπτικούς και καθημερινούς ελέγχους συντήρησης και επισκευές
- Κάνεις σέρβις στον κινητήρα, ελέγχους και αλλαγές λαδιού και φίλτρων
- Συντηρείς εξωλέμβιους κινητήρες για τα βοηθητικά σκάφη
- Αντιμετωπίζεις επείγουσες βλάβες ολόκληρου του στόλου
- Υποστηρίζεις τη λειτουργία της βάσης
- Εκτελείς επιπλέον εργασίες όπως καθορίζονται από τον υπεύθυνο βάσης
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- Συντήρηση πετρελαιοκινητήρων και εξωλέμβιων κινητήρων 2 & 4 χρόνο
- Εμπειρία ιστιοπλοΐας γιοτ (RYA Day Skipper/Competent Crew)
- Γνώσεις ηλεκτρικών συστημάτων 12V DC και θαλάσσιων υδραυλικών συστημάτων
- Επίλυση προβλημάτων και πρακτική προσέγγιση σε τεχνικά θέματα
- Εμπειρία στην εξυπηρέτηση πελατών και κοινωνικές δεξιότητες
- Ομαδικό πνεύμα και ευελιξία στο ωράριο εργασίας

Our skippered charters will work with a large variety of customers, from proficient sailors who would like somebody on-board to tackle the hard work and provide their unrivalled local knowledge and expertise, to customers who have never sailed before and are looking to relax and enjoy the adventure, whilst knowing they are in safe hands. Customers can get as involved in the sailing as they like, whilst enjoying the turquoise waters, buzzy harbours, and endless horizons.
Living on board with the customers, our bareboat skippers are required to plan and adapt the charters itinerary dependent on each customer’s preferences, weather forecasts, and perhaps even any secret hidden local gems.
