- Εξασφαλίζεις την ασφάλεια όλων των πελατών καθ' όλη τη διάρκεια του ταξιδιού
- Λειτουργείς ως πρώτο σημείο επαφής για γενικά προβλήματα πελατών
- Παρέχεις πλήρη ενημέρωση πρώτης ημέρας και καθημερινές ενημερώσεις στους πελάτες της διαδρομής
- Προετοιμάζεις όλα τα σκάφη τις ημέρες αλλαγής, συμπεριλαμβανομένων πλυντηρίων, πακέτων εκκίνησης και καθαρισμού
- Υποδέχεσαι τους πελάτες και βοηθάς με την επιβίβαση και την ατομική εισαγωγική ενημέρωση
- Συντονίζεις ομαδικά γεύματα, πάρτι υποδοχής, διαγωνισμούς, τοπικές εκδρομές και άλλες κοινωνικές εκδηλώσεις
- Οργανώνεις την αγορά και κατανομή βραβείων στο τέλος κάθε φλοτίλας για όλα τα σκάφη
- Διαχειρίζεσαι τους προϋπολογισμούς της φλοτίλας
- Πραγματοποιείς τακτικούς ελέγχους αποθεμάτων οικιακού και εξοπλισμού ασφαλείας σε κάθε σκάφος
- Απαντάς σε πελάτες για τυχόν ελλείψεις καθαρισμού ή εξοπλισμού
- Εκδίδεις και συλλέγεις σχετικά έγγραφα από τους πελάτες
- Διατηρείς την καθαριότητα και την καλή παρουσίαση του ηγετικού σκάφους ανά πάσα στιγμή
- Βοηθάς τον κυβερνήτη και τον τεχνικό σε όλες τις πτυχές υποστήριξης των πελατών κατά τη διάρκεια της φλοτίλας
- Εκτελείς άλλες αρμοδιότητες όπως καθορίζονται από τον Διαχειριστή Βάσης
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- Εμπειρία Ιστιοπλοΐας με Σκάφος (π.χ. RYA Day Skipper ή ισοδύναμο)
- Εξυπηρέτηση Πελατών σε περιβάλλον παρουσίας με κοινό
- Συντονισμός Εκδηλώσεων για μεγάλες ομάδες
- Πρώτες Βοήθειες επιθυμητές
- Επικοινωνία και Ομαδική Εργασία
- Διαχείριση Χρόνου και Επίλυση Προβλημάτων
- Καθαριότητα και Συντήρηση σκαφών και εξοπλισμού
- Οργανωτικές Δεξιότητες και Διαχείριση Προϋπολογισμού

Sailing adventures specifically tailored to every customer, be it an adult group or family vacation, from flotilla charters or courses at our sailing schools, we design the perfect experience they'll never forget. We have something to suit everybody regardless of experience level or vessel preference.
Our skippered charters will work with a large variety of customers, from proficient sailors who would like somebody on-board to tackle the hard work and provide their unrivalled local knowledge and expertise, to customers who have never sailed before and are looking to relax and enjoy the adventure, whilst knowing they are in safe hands. Customers can get as involved in the sailing as they like, whilst enjoying the turquoise waters, buzzy harbours, and endless horizons.
Living on board with the customers, our bareboat skippers are required to plan and adapt the charters itinerary dependent on each customer’s preferences, weather forecasts, and perhaps even any secret hidden local gems.
