- Διενεργείς εσωτερικούς ελέγχους ISM/ISPS και επιθεωρήσεις MLC για την αξιολόγηση ελέγχων και διαδικασιών
- Προετοιμάζεις τα πλοία για συμμόρφωση με διεθνείς απαιτήσεις ελέγχου
- Υποστηρίζεις τα πλοία κατά τη διάρκεια εξωτερικών επιθεωρήσεων ISM/ISPS και MLC
- Συντάσσεις το σχέδιο/χάρτα εσωτερικού ελέγχου και ετοιμάζεις εκθέσεις ελέγχου
- Τηρείς αρχεία μη-συμμορφώσεων από εσωτερικούς και εξωτερικούς ελέγχους και παρακολουθείς διορθωτικές ενέργειες
- Παρακολουθείς πιστοποιητικά και εκθέσεις ελέγχου μέσω Navision για την εγκυρότητα και τον προγραμματισμό των ελέγχων
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 3+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Γνώση προτύπων ISM, ISPS και MLC
- Πιστοποιημένος ελεγκτής
- Εμπειρία σε εσωτερικό έλεγχο και υποστήριξη εξωτερικών ελέγχων
- Χειρισμός Η/Υ, κυρίως Navision
- Άπταιστα αγγλικά και επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες
- Παρακολούθηση νομοθεσίας και απαιτήσεων
- Ναυτιλιακές Σπουδές
Περιγραφή Θέσης
Responsibilities:
- Conducts Internal ISM/ISPS Audits and MLC inspections to assess the adequacy, effectiveness and efficiency of the established controls and procedures.
- Prepares the vessels as required in order to comply with international auditing requirements.
- Supports the vessels through External ISM/ISPS Audits and MLC inspections.
- Drafts the Internal Audit plan/charter and prepares Audit reports.
- Keeps records of imposed Non Conformities/Observations from Internal & External Audits and follows up corrective actions in order to enhance the implementation of respective requirements.
- Monitors certificates, Internal & External Audit reports through Navision in order to ensure for the validity onboard the vessels and the will be carried out within the required interval.
Qualifications / Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Maritime Studies or in a relevant field.
- Postgraduate degree in Maritime Studies or in a relevant field will be considered an asset.
- Minimum 3 years of experience at a similar position in a shipping company.
- Knowledge of applicable ISM / ISPS / MLC standards.
- Certified Auditor from recognized training center.
- Computer literate.
- Fluency in English.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to monitor and stay abreast of developments in legislation and international requirements changes.
