Τι θα κάνεις
- Ελέγχεις τις εκπρόθεσμες εργασίες όλων των πλοίων για την αποφυγή βλαβών λόγω ελλιπούς συντήρησης.
- Δημιουργείς τη δομή των πλοίων στο ERP για την εφαρμογή του επίσημου PMS της εταιρείας.
- Προετοιμάζεις το PMS των πλοίων για εσωτερικούς και εξωτερικούς ελέγχους.
- Δημιουργείς και συντηρείς τακτικές ή έκτακτες αναφορές για κρίσιμα εξαρτήματα, OPEX, προϋπολογισμό και απόδοση PMS.
- Παρέχεις εκπαίδευση και τεχνικές συμβουλές στο προσωπικό των πλοίων.
- Υποστηρίζεις τη συλλογή δεδομένων του στόλου και τις διαδικασίες λήψης αποφάσεων και ελέγχου προϋπολογισμού.
- Καθοδηγείς την ακριβή καταχώριση ανταλλακτικών στο Navision και υποστηρίζεις την ομαλή λειτουργία του κύκλου εφοδιασμού.
- Καταχωρίζεις δεδομένα στο Navision για βελτιωμένο έλεγχο συντήρησης και προϋπολογισμού.
- Παρέχεις σχετική υποστήριξη στον Τεχνικό Διευθυντή, όταν ζητείται.
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 2+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Διαχείριση Planned Maintenance System (PMS) και συντήρηση πλοίων
- Navision, ERP systems και διαχείριση ανταλλακτικών
- Διαχείριση δεδομένων, συλλογή δεδομένων και συντήρηση βάσεων δεδομένων
- Τεχνικές αναφορές, στατιστική ανάλυση και έλεγχος προϋπολογισμού
- Προετοιμασία για ελέγχους και τεχνικές λειτουργίες ναυτιλίας
- Microsoft Office/Εξοικείωση με ηλεκτρονικούς υπολογιστές και επάρκεια στην αγγλική γλώσσα
- Μηχανική / Ναυπηγική / Ναυτιλιακά και Μεταφορικά / Ναυτιλιακή Οικονομία
