- Δημιουργείς και εκτελείς SQL queries για εξαγωγή, επικύρωση, ανάλυση και υποστήριξη αιτημάτων επιχειρησιακών δεδομένων
- Υποστηρίζεις δραστηριότητες ανάπτυξης λογισμικού όπως δοκιμές, αντιμετώπιση προβλημάτων, τεκμηρίωση και συντονισμό με εσωτερικούς ή εξωτερικούς προγραμματιστές
- Τηρείς τεκμηρίωση για τις διαδικασίες ERP, αλλαγές συστήματος, οδηγίες χρηστών και διαδικασίες υποστήριξης
- Συντονίζεις με εσωτερικά τμήματα και εξωτερικούς προμηθευτές την επίλυση προβλημάτων, βελτιώσεις συστήματος και νέα αιτήματα
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 2+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Microsoft Dynamics Navision ERP και Microsoft SQL Server
- SQL Query για ανάλυση και διαχείριση δεδομένων
- Υποστήριξη Ανάπτυξης Λογισμικού και Τεκμηρίωση
- Τεχνολογία Πληροφοριών στον Ναυτιλιακό Κλάδο
- Συντονισμός Επίλυσης Προβλημάτων
- Δεξιότητες Επικοινωνίας
- Μηχανική Υπολογιστών / Πληροφορική / Τηλεπικοινωνιακή Μηχανική / Οποιοδήποτε Πεδίο
Περιγραφή Θέσης
Responsibilities:
Administers and monitors Microsoft Dynamics Navision ERP, ensuring smooth daily operation and availability of the system.
Administers Microsoft SQL Server databases related to ERP systems, including monitoring, basic troubleshooting, and running SQL queries when required.
Creates and executes SQL queries to extract, validate, analyze, and support business data requests.
Assists in software development activities, including testing, troubleshooting, documentation, and coordination with internal or external developers.
Maintains documentation for ERP processes, system changes, user instructions, and support procedures.
Coordinates with internal departments and external vendors for issue resolution, system improvements, and new requirements.
Qualifications / Experience:
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in the fields of Computer Engineering, Information Technology or Telecommunications.
Master’s degree in a relevant discipline will be an asset.
2-5 years of experience on an IT-related job in the shipping industry.
Fluency in English.
Excellent communication skills.
