Reporting to the Financial & Insurance Services Senior Manager, you will play a key role in supporting and developing the Authorized Network’s F&I activities, ensuring operational excellence and strong business performance.

🧩 Key Responsibilities

• Support the Authorized Network in Finance & Insurance business activities through regular communication, guidance, and Sales force training.

• Manage and coordinate F&I-related projects, ensuring timely execution and alignment with strategic objectives.

• Contribute to the preparation and monitoring of the annual budget for Finance & Insurance services.

• Monitor business performance by preparing standard and ad-hoc reports.

• Analyze and evaluate KPIs, supporting the achievement of sales and performance targets.

• Administer and oversee all systems and portals supporting F&I business operations.

• Collaborate with internal Business Units and external partners to develop new products and promotional campaigns.

• Provide continuous market analysis and insights on Finance & Insurance services within the automotive sector.

🎓 What We Are Looking For

• University degree in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration (Master’s degree will be considered an asset).

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.

• Insurance Mediation Certification (Insurance Agent level) will be considered an asset.

• Excellent knowledge of MS Office, with advanced Excel and strong PowerPoint skills.

• Fluency in English is required.
