As we continue to grow, we are looking for a passionate and commercially minded After Sales Junior Product Manager to join our Customer Services team and contribute to the strategic development of our After Sales product portfolio.

Your Role

As an After Sales Junior Product Manager, you will report to the Parts Manager and play a pivotal role in designing and delivering market-relevant After Sales solutions. Your responsibilities will include:

🔸 Managing the development and implementation of After Sales products in line with the company’s strategy
🔸 Monitoring and analyzing the automotive parts market to identify growth opportunities
🔸 Planning and coordinating product launches, ensuring smooth execution and market alignment
🔸 Strengthening relationships with key clients and suppliers to maximize revenue and profitability
🔸 Monitoring KPIs and providing detailed reports on product and business performance

Your Profile

We are seeking a motivated and business-driven professional who brings:

✔️ A University Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
✔️ Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the automotive sector, ideally with expertise in OEM and After-market parts
✔️ Excellent computer literacy and strong command of MS Office
✔️ Fluency in Greek and English (German will be considered an asset)
✔️ Strong analytical and organizational skills, commercial mindset, and a proactive, adaptable attitude
✔️ Excellent communication and negotiation abilities, with a spirit of teamwork and continuous improvement
