The opportunity

The R&D department of the company works on research areas related to data management, cloud technologies, IoT targeting different application domains, such as energy, government, health and other.

In this context, the company is looking for a innovation Project Manager to join its growing R&D team. The selected candidate will be involved in in project management activities with a strong focus on exploitation and innovation aspects of European funded R&D projects.

The main responsibilities include:

• Assist in day-to-day project management activities (project meetings organization, keeping minutes, communication with project partners, PMs reporting monitoring, maintaining records)

• Prepare management reports and deliverables in a timely manner respecting the deadlines

• Participate and represent the company in project meetings and relevant events

• Analyze and plan strategy for the exploitation of R&D project outcomes

• Lead and prepare deliverables related to exploitation activities of R&D projects

• Actively contribute to proposal preparation

• Liaise with other departments to ensure synchronization of project progress internally

Required skills:

• Bachelor/Msc in Engineering, Business Administration or related field

• At least 3 years of working experience in project management of R&D projects

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Excellent working knowledge of MS Office programs

• Fluency in oral and written English

Nice-to-have skills:

• Experience as principal investigator or project coordinator in R&D projects preferably in ICT domain
