We are looking for a motivated Bid Coordinator to participate in all stages of Public, Private & International tenders

Responsibilities

• Participation in Pre-contractual process (legal and company documents, Letters of Guarantees)

• Participation in the Implementation of the Contract (legal and company documents for the completion of the Payment and the Issuance of the Letter of the Final Acceptance of the Project, Letters of Guaranty)

• Handling e-Tendering Platforms ("National Electronic Public Procurement System" (ΕΣΗΔΗΣ), CosmoONE etc.)

• Ensuring deadlines are met and helping with prioritization of certain projects

• Liaising with suppliers / partners / contractors

• Active interaction with related departments

• Ensure accurate completion of various documentation and information required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in bids & contracts procedures

• Deep experience in Public Procurement Law and Regulations, including Law 4412/2016 & in e-Tendering Platforms ("National Electronic Public Procurement System" (ΕΣΗΔΗΣ), CosmoONE etc.)

• University degree will be considered as a plus

• Good communication skills in both Greek and English
