The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in brand management, with the ability to drive innovative campaigns and deliver measurable results.

                         Marketing Manager (Suzuki Auto Division)

Responsibilities:

• Leads the development and execution of comprehensive marketing plans as well as model launch plans, ensuring maximum market impact and enhanced brand visibility.
• Executes marketing strategies that fulfill both business objectives and brand goals, ensuring alignment with the overall company vision and market demands
• Collaborates with external agencies to develop and execute effective marketing campaigns
• Leverages data analytics and market research to identify trends and evaluate campaign effectiveness
• Manages marketing budgets and project timelines, ensuring the delivery of marketing initiatives within scope and budget
• Works closely with the sales teams to maintain a unified brand message and integrated customer experience
• Continuously monitors industry trends and analyzes competitor approaches to sustain a competitive advantage in the automotive sector
• Develops and delivers compelling presentations and reports to internal stakeholders, including senior leadership
• Plans, proposes and executes 360-degree marketing actions across all communication channels, both offline and online, including branding, publicity efforts, event organization, social media strategy and content creation

Qualifications:

• BSc in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field (MSc degree is preferred)
• 5+ years of marketing experience in a leading role, preferably within the automotive industry
• Proven experience in managing successful marketing campaigns and product launches 
• Strong understanding of various marketing platforms, channels, CRM software and best practices 
• Ability to manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective strategies
• Advanced MS Office skills 
• Proficiency in English (both written and spoken)
