HR Specialist Sea Crete Hotels
Job Purpose & Key Deliverables
SeaCrete Hotels has been operating in Chania since 1990 in the area of Apokoronas.
SeaCrete Hotels is a fast-growing business entity, currently operating with two hotels, targeting All-Inclusive, Beach, Family, 4 stars' vacations.
Kiani Beach Resort I, is the latest member of SeaCrete Hotels family that started its operation in 2007 and since then has grown rapidly and successfully expanding it's footprint. As a result, in 2018 SeaCrete Hotels acquired the 3rd member of the family, Kiani Beach Resort II.
As an HR Specialist in SeaCrete Hotels, you'll contribute to the business success by implementing the HR agenda for all the front-line employees. A wide range of responsibilities like recruitment, training, labor law implementation, health and safety and more will shape your day-to-day goals.
This is a key role for an HR Specialist who can work with high sense of autonomy and accountability, able to provide effective visibility to his/her team. If you have talent and motivation, you'll find support and encouragement in every step of the way.
Key Accountabilities:
• Recruitment: Analyze, plan and execute all the recruitment needs of front line employees
• Play an Integral Role in SeaCrete Hotels opening via ensuring proper personnel in place on time and within budget
• Performance Management: Ensure optimum performance of front-line employees
• Learning & Development: Implement any training needed to support high performance
• Labor Law: Overlook compliance with local legislation
• Ensure appropriate involvement of key stakeholders in all relevant stages of the work (Accounting department & Operation managers)
• Compensation and Benefits: Implement recruitments within given budget
• HR Technology: Utilize HR technology solutions for effective KPIs achievement
Essential Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree from and/or experience in Operation roles in hotels industry. Focus on HR would be an asset
• Analytical Skillset
• Collaboration, communication & proactive information flow to team members
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Greek
• Advanced IT literacy
• Familiar with systems and advocate of technology
• 1-3 years of Relevant Experience

• Knowledge of HR processes & hotel operation function
• Acknowledged communication skills
• Greek Labor Law

• Flexibility in way of working
• Multi-tasking capability
• Leadership skills, and ability to build and maintain good relationships with internal and external partners
• Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
The role reports dually to Operations Manager of SCH who is based in Chania. The role demands at least 7 months per annum physical base in Chania, while there is flexibility on the employee's location for the rest of the year.
