- Συμμετέχεις σε ανασκοπήσεις σχεδιασμού για λειτουργικότητα
- Εποπτεύεις την κατασκευαστική εταιρεία και αναφέρεις σε PM και ιδιοκτήτες
- Ελέγχεις και βελτιστοποιείς σχέδια MEP για λειτουργικότητα
- Ετοιμάζεις προγράμματα προληπτικής συντήρησης και πρότυπα μητρώου περιουσιακών στοιχείων
- Εποπτεύεις τη δοκιμή και θέσπιση συστημάτων
- Διαχειρίζεσαι την αντιμετώπιση ελαττωμάτων και παρακολούθηση εγγύησης
- Καθορίζεις SOP και συντονίζεις την προμήθεια εργαλείων και αναλωσίμων
- Επιβλέπεις τη συντήρηση βιλών, κοινόχρηστων χώρων, πισίνων, κήπων, σπα και εστιατορίου
- Εφαρμόζεις προγράμματα προληπτικής συντήρησης
- Διαχειρίζεσαι μικρές εργασίες, επισκευές και βελτιστοποίηση ενέργειας
- Τηρείς τη συμμόρφωση με τοπικούς κανονισμούς
- Αναφέρεις μηνιαία KPIs και προϋπολογισμούς στο GM και τους ιδιοκτήτες
- Διαχειρίζεσαι κατασκευαστικά έργα αναβάθμισης σε όρους χρόνου, προϋπολογισμού, ποιότητας και υπεργολάβων
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 8+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Γνώση MEP, πισινών και BMS
- Διαχείριση εγκαταστάσεων και προληπτικός προγραμματισμός συντήρησης
- Συμμόρφωση με κανονισμούς και ορισμός SOP
- AutoCAD και χρήση δικτύου
- Microsoft Office και Project Office
- Παρακολούθηση εγγύησης, παραλαβή και δοκιμές
- Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering

Scorpios Group is looking for a credible R&M Engineering Manager, In this role, you will oversee all aspects of facilities management, preventive maintenance, and operational readiness for the property. This position ensures a seamless transition from construction handover to operational phase and maintains all physical assets to the highest standard.

Responsibilities
Development / Pre-Opening Phase "Α":
Participate in design reviews to ensure operational functionality.
Oversee construction company and report to PM and ownership.
Review and optimize MEP drawings for serviceability.
Prepare preventive maintenance plans and asset register templates.
Oversee commissioning and testing of systems.
Manage snagging and warranty tracking.
Define SOPs and coordinate procurement of tools and consumables.
Operational Phase "B":
Supervise all maintenance of villas, public areas, pools, gardens, spa, and restaurant.
Implement preventive maintenance schedules.
Manage small works, repairs, and energy optimization.
Maintain compliance with local regulations.
Report monthly to GM and ownership on KPIs and budgets.
Construction management in upgrade works (timeline, budget, quality, subcontractors)
Requirements
Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
8–12 years’ experience in luxury resorts or villas.
Strong knowledge of MEP, pools, BMS, and sustainable systems.
Fluent in Greek and English.
Very good knowledge Microsoft office, Autocad, Project office, Network use
