Scorpios is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to support the CFO and Finance team in a hybrid role combining basic financial and legal responsibilities. The ideal candidate will be able to handle contract management, document control, and administrative finance tasks, ensuring smooth coordination between Finance, Legal, and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Assist in contract management: preparation, filing, tracking of signatures, and maintaining the contract database.

• Upload and organize contracts on internal systems (including AI tools for legal review and red-flag detection).

• Coordinate with legal advisors, accountants, and HQ teams to ensure compliance and timely execution of documents.

• Support the CFO with financial reports, payment schedules, and data organization in Excel.

• Handle basic correspondence and communication with vendors, consultants, and legal counterparts.

• Maintain a structured and confidential document archive.

Requirements:

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or Law (or a strong combination thereof).

• English Fluency (written and spoken).

• Strong knowledge of Excel, Word, and document management systems.

• Detail Oriented, organizational skills, and a sense of responsibility.

• Previous experience in a corporate, accounting, or legal office environment will be considered an asset.
