SELL OUT SUPERVISOR H&C

The role reports to the Training Manager

Key Accountabilities

• Executes effectively agreed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Sets and allocates sales goals to Beauty Advisors (BΑs) based on pharmacy stores/Cosmetic Stores and monitors sales’ performance via respective tools
• Organizes BAs’ monthly working schedule and coordinates accurately and timely emerging changes to involved parties
• Build and enhance strong relationships with customers in the area of responsibility
• Coordinates sales effort on special events and offers with team members and other departments
• Transfers knowledge of products and services to BAs to maintain positive business and customer experience
• Ensures the effective execution of merchandising plans
• Monitors team’s progress, identify emerging challenges and propose corrective actions

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 4 years of experience in a relevant field
• Proven experience in managing sales teams and customer relationship management
• Very good knowledge of MS-Office applications
• Good command of the English language
• Valid car license and ability to travel
