 Technical Support & After Sales Representative - Construction Machinery

#About the role in detail

✅Technical Support, reports creation, and communication with the Division Manager.

✅Warranty cases and technical problems handling, data entry in the manufacturer’s systems. 

✅Communication and services optimization towards Customers and Partners.

✅Customer Support and complaints management.

What will you bring to our team 

✅ΑΕΙ/ΤΕΙ/ΙΕΚ degree holder in Mechanical Engineering

✅Knowledge of modern Machinery or vehicle operation

✅English - technical terms understanding, written & oral

✅Very good knowledge of PC (MS Office)

✅ Military Obligations fulfilled
