We are looking for a Technical Service & Recall Operations Coordinator at the Technical Department.

✅Continuous reporting and communication with the Technical Manager.
✅Optimization of communication and technical services provided to Partners and Customers.
✅Coordinate and manage Recall Campaigns for Auto & Moto brands, track recall KPIs, and develop action plans to improve completion performance.
✅Search for and update customer information to increase recall completion rates.
✅Monitor availability and stock levels of recall spare parts.
✅Maintain continuous communication with the authorized dealer network and relevant authorities (Ministries, Technical Inspection Centers, insurance companies, etc.).
✅Conduct visits and audits at authorized workshops nationwide.
✅Ensure dealer compliance with manufacturer standards (Auto & Moto).
✅Review warranties and pending warranty claims.
✅Manage dealer agreements, including preparation, monitoring, and compliance with corporate standards.
✅Manage and monitor CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) programs.
✅Participate in digitalization projects related to dealer assessments and after-sales processes.
𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐛𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠
✅ Degree in Mechanical Engineering (University / Technological Institute / Vocational Institute).
✅Previous experience in a similar position within the automotive or motorcycle industry.
✅Basic knowledge of modern vehicle technical operations and systems.
✅Valid car and/or motorcycle driving license.
✅Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, Electronic Parts Catalogs (EPC), and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems will be considered an additional asset.
✅Availability for regular business travel.
✅Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.
✅Very good computer skills, including MS Office.
✅Completed military obligations (applicable to male candidates).
✅Strong communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks.
✅Experience in Complaint Management and Customer Service.
✅Dynamic personality with excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
✅Strong organizational abilities with emphasis on detail and multitasking.
✅Ability to take initiative and make decisions that contribute to positive outcomes.
✅Strong problem-solving skills with a results-oriented mindset.
