Mid-Senior Business Intelligence and SQL Server Professional

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain SSAS multidimensional and tabular models to enable efficient data analysis and reporting.
• Create and manage SSIS packages for data integration and ETL processes, ensuring data accuracy and reliability.
• Implement end-to-end business intelligence solutions using BILM tools and methodologies, ensuring data governance and metadata management.
• Perform SQL Server administration tasks, including database installation, configuration, performance tuning, backup and recovery, and security management.
• Develop complex T-SQL queries, stored procedures, and functions to support data retrieval, manipulation, and reporting requirements.
• Design and develop visually appealing Power BI reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to provide actionable insights.
• Develop and maintain SSRS reports, delivering accurate and timely information to stakeholders.
• Manage Azure SQL Server instances, including provisioning, monitoring, and optimizing performance.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, data analysts, and other team members to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in business intelligence, SQL Server, and Azure technologies, recommending improvements and best practices.

The ideal candidates should meet the following requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
• Minimum of X years of experience as a Business Intelligence and SQL Server professional, with a focus on SSAS, SSIS, BILM, SQL Server Administration, Power BI, SSRS, Azure SQL Server Administration, and T-SQL.
• Strong expertise in designing and implementing SSAS multidimensional and tabular models, with proficiency in MDX and DAX query languages.
• Solid experience in developing SSIS packages for data integration and ETL processes.
• Proven track record in implementing end-to-end business intelligence solutions using BILM tools and methodologies.
• Extensive knowledge of SQL Server administration tasks, including installation, configuration, performance tuning, backup and recovery, and security management.
• Advanced skills in developing complex T-SQL queries, stored procedures, and data retrieval and manipulation functions.
• Proficiency in creating visually appealing reports and dashboards using Power BI and SSRS.
• Experience managing Azure SQL Server instances and familiarity with cloud-based data solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Relevant certifications in SSAS, SSIS, BILM, Power BI, and SQL Server Administration are a plus.
